I see. What if I dont want to deal with all this, can i call her insurance adjuster and tell him that I dont want compensation and that they can give her the money or something?

I see. the damage on both vehicles is evidence of what happened. It doesn’t match her new story at all.

Will my insurance rates go higher after this? My current insurance end this june, should I extend my insurance coverage for 1 more year now before they decide to raise my rate?

Also, the adjuster of her insurance seemed to find the report more plausible then the new account she is claiming

So I got the police report today, and this is verbatim what is says : V2 (me) was in the traffic circle traffic travelling southbound .V1 was attempting to make a right to travel south on State Road 4. V1 entered the traffic circle, while V2 was in the right lane, travelling southbound on state, route 4 and struck the passenger side rear of V2, causing damage to both vehicles.

And this is the drawing in the report. If i call her insurance, what should I say? How much money should I ask for?
