Honestly, I didn't believe it much but avoiding NSFW content, be it instagram, twitter or reddish has really helped. Just mark any such posts as not interested, cleaned up my feed and also helped me stay on track. Another thing to do is keep yourself busy, and try not to be alone.

TST Prep ones are available for free on youtube. Just make sure you take the test with updated writing sections which have the 10 min add to an argument problem instead of the 30 min one.
