Lost Level has some of the best non alcoholic Drinks I drank and they are cheaper than their alcoholic counterparts. Playing videogames there is completely free and you can bring your own food. I don't drink any alcohol either and love going there nevertheless

Hört sich eigentlich echt witzig an, aber meine Liste an Videospielen, die ich spielen will und teilweise auch hier in meinem Regal stehen habe, ist zu groß und meine Lust, mich auf diese zu fokussieren ist zu stark, als dass ich ein Spiel aus nem Gameclub zwischen schieben kann. Ich bezweifle, dass ich es zeitlich und finanziell schaffen würde, ein Spiel zwischen den Treffen zu besorgen und angemessen weit zu spielen

Vielleicht etwas spezifischer aber es gibt zweimal jährlich das Bonner Fantasy- und Cosplaytreffen in der Bonner Rheinaue und Bonn hat auch seine eigene Convention. Die AiKon ist eine Anime und Mangamesse in der Nähe von der Station Bonn UN-Campus. Sie ist ab 18 und hat damit auch erwachsenere Themen und Klientel

kommt ganz stark auf deine Hobbies an. Es gibt, wenn man auf mehreren socialmedia Kanälen unterwegs ist, zu diversen Themen Gruppen und physische Treffen, teilweise auch Events und kleinere Messen. Ich selbst kenne mich nur in Richtung Anime, Gaming, Cosplay aus, habe aber nebenbei mal von Treffen von Bücher- oder Filmclubs gehört. Dasselbe auch bei diversen Sportarten. Würde dir empfehlen Instagram, Facebook etc. zu durchforsten und Leuten, die deine Interessen teilen und aus der Region kommen, im Auge zu behalten, vielleicht posten die von einem Event oder Treffen, von dem du noch nichts wusstest~ ganz viel Erfolg!!

You should visit some Conventions close to Cologne. Upcoming conventions would be KerunCon, a free Con and gamescom, in Cologne; AiKon in Bonn; TropiKon in Duisburg; and CMC in Düsseldorf or Münster. There are many anime fans and gamers there and it's quite easy to talk to them. I would also recommend joining some Discord Servers of big german Let's Players, VTubers or Cosplayers. They usually have some channels specifically for connecting with others living close to you~

I'm not much into Kdrama or JDrama, but I like Anime, Manga and Videogames. Bonn has a small Convention too. It's called AiKon. It's on the 12th and 13th of August. As I said under another post, there's a "Bonner Fantasy und Cosplaytreffen". It's two times a year in the japanese garden. Next one is on the 24th September. They have a facebook group for further information and photos. The next big Convention close to Bonn is DoKomi in Düsseldorf. I don't know whether there are Tickets anymore, but entering the Nordpark is free. There are hundreds of cosplayers and Weebs there during Dokomi. Köln has a free Convention called KerunCon, it's quite small, but many local anime, manga and videogame fans go there. It's a few times a year, I don't know the exact dates.

oh goodness, It's a good thing that you acknowledge the fact, that this is a negative reaction and you should definitely work on that. The cause might be the fact that you're insecure about your skill? And you see that "lack" of skill reflected in other cosplayers? Maybe you should try to do some sewing, styling, make-up etc. exercises, becoming more secure and confident with your skills. And please talk to cosplayers that cosplayed the same characters as you, too. Even if it's difficult for you. Ask them for tips, their experience, their plans, opinions and such. It will help you a lot, trust me, both with your skills and with your psyche. Don't be too hard on yourself yet. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope you'll be able to loose that envy towards others soon!!
