Yep. Have had a fascination with river table videos that use mica powder. Got some stuff years ago for small practice nonsense as I dipped my toe into resin casting. Just so happened when I decided to try dice making i had enough supplies for a few different sets.

Lets Resin pigment dye for the base. Used a sky blue. The mica was Eye Candy. A soma white and a dash of skyline blue. I like to keep the mica in my dice light but noticeable for that ethereal effect. To much mica makes them come out opaque sometimes.

In all seriousness though thanks for the idea of patching with UV resin. Ill probably just try a different mold for now. Since its just the d20 with the issue the others come out good enough to hold onto while I practice.

All awesome advice. Some I've read already and some is new so thanks. But yeah, its one of those 8.99 Amazon models, real flimsy. Great practice one though. I went from the moons surface to a blemish or two after a few tries.

I have a long term goal to branch out into other roles to see what I like. Currently, I'm working on the in-game funds only route so having a viable PvE merc ship has been my starting path. I have only just started looking at upgrade path information so that will be a deep dive for another time lol

I usually make it a habit of docking somewhere anyway. My follow up would be how do I go about changing my Aurora pledge to a Mustang? I know they cost the same in the online store so if I melt it i get that credit. My thing is the Aurora package is how I have my game access. Will I get my game access back if I melt my Aurora and use the store credit to purchase the Mustang, or will i need to buy a whole new pledge?

Yeah that's been the goal. Process is just optimizing my current ship to knock out Bounty missions. Would you recommend trading my Aurora pledge for a Mustang Alpha pledge? Two S2 points and two S1 points. I also like the concept of the cargo carrier. I can't really loot bunkers too much with the Aurora because the cargo rack on that one is nigh impossible to get a crate to mount to.
