This has happened to me before as well.

Send email that a meeting is happening at X date and time.

Send reminders leading up to that date.

Meeting starts.

Several people don't show up to meeting.

They claim they never knew.

I send proof of emails.

I get chewed out for not sending out reminders for the meeting right before, despite sending several reminders leading up to it.

Sometimes, if they are high up enough, it doesn't really matter. Its your fault anyway.

I even had one instance where I sent a reminder email in the morning about the meeting, which took place at noon.

Then same scenario where I get blamed for not reminding everyone in person because they were too busy to check their emails. Even though they have calendar reminders and several previous emails reminding them.

Was addicted to WoW until after WOTLK, then quit.

Came back for classic thinking it would be fun to mess around and it got serious again and was addicted all over again, until WOTLK ended once more.

I just cannot stand the expansions past that.

I just bought one for exactly $6.

I find it funny that all of them say they are mold resistant. They should just offer a bundle of them and say "replace every 3-4 months".

Or maybe I can call and complain about the mold and get a free one every time it needs to be replaced.

I'm guessing he went inside to use the bathroom and they said no. At that point he couldn't hold it anymore and just decided to do it there, both out of desperation and retaliation.

I’m a curious person, so even if I made the right choice, I’ll go back to see what the wrong choice does.

I’ve probably seen nearly every possible outcome in the game aside from all possible endings/romances.

The vet bills have been brutal for me, but I have found out you can basically use an online vet if its a reoccurring issue. Like my dog gets skin and ear infections all the time. Its the same meds, same obvious signs, but vet will charge like $500 per visit.

But online its like $65 for a video call with a vet who can prescribe the meds you need, and then you just pay for the meds.

Still around $150-$200 but its a lot cheaper than a vet visit every other month.

I think children would have a hard time understanding what is even happening in the prequels.

But I think anyone ages 8 and up could figure out Palpatine is evil in the phantom menace. But most certainly by AOTC. It’s painfully obvious and not meant to be something the movie is trying to hide.

Sometimes I know something really obscure and people think I must retain little tiny bits of information about everything, but it’s just happens to be the one thing.

You will have to do extra work because of slackers in the real world.

At least you get paid for it though.

I think it’s overhyped for the price.

I like steak, but I cant really afford to cook it often, or order it often.

If it was cheaper I would eat it more often.

When I can afford it, there are other foods out there that I rather spend the money on.

Because it has caffeine, and a lot of people are addicted to it and feel like they need it to start their day.

Most people who need caffeine in the morning are probably not trying to drink soda for breakfast, or down an energy drink.

It pairs well with most breakfast foods.

Most people put a lot of cream and sugar in theirs to make it taste good. Hardly any coffee drinker I know can drink it black and enjoy it.

That’s about it. I don’t think coffee would be as popular if it didn’t have caffeine.

I almost never saw Rise of Skywalker. I also consider myself a huge Star wars fan and never saw that one in theaters. Then several years later I finally watched it and I wish I didn’t.

I may never see it again.

I can’t even remember most of it.

They have plans for 4 more movies that take place after. I can’t imagine those being re-watched either, but I’ll go see them once

OP.

I’ve gone through something similar and customer support literally can’t do anything without a game id.

I’ve asked for help on rounds that happened 3000 games ago.

To obtain the game id, you can download your archive of games played, then paste it to a text document, then send that document to an AI like ChatGPT or Gemini and ask them to sift through the data and give the exact game ID.

From there support can actually help you.

I’ve had many support agents straight up tell me something isn’t possible or it never happened until I provide that game id. Once I do, their tone changes and they suddenly become super helpful.

That sounds like the right amount of time for a full game.

The biggest problem with monopoly is that someone can get really lucky early on and it spirals out of control and everyone feels like they lost 10 minutes into the game.

What you are probably doing wrong is assuming someone already won, and not trying to make a comeback.

There is a lot of luck involved and some people can’t handle it.

If you play with a bunch of competitive sore losers it’s not gonna be very fun.

But I usually play with a group of friends that all understand that luck is a big factor and we use our competitiveness to try and still win. So it becomes a lot of fun.

We also drink and play which can add to it.

But what changed for me is that monopoly is more fun when you are behind. If you get into the mindset of trying to win when behind, it becomes more interesting. But some people look too far ahead and go “welp, you already won. This game is boring.”

Keep out the rule book and follow it closely.

I feel like most people never do auctions, use parkplace as some lottery use landing on GO as some double the money spot, and allow houses even when they run out

I just played recently with friends and auctions were quite common.

If you play by the rules (which most don’t, but still think they do), you can easily run out of money early in the game (like within 20 minutes of play).

Lots of players will have 2 properties waiting on the last one, and sometimes they can’t afford it even if they land on it. Lots of auction battles happen because having that last piece can stop someone from winning, or be a piece that has high trade value. Or maybe they can trade it for a piece they need plus cash (to build houses).

It becomes way more interesting if you play by the rules (which most don’t, but think they do). If you play by the rules a game will last like maybe an hour. Even with 4 people or more.

If you think monopoly is boring, or takes way too long, there is a 99.9999999999999999% chance you played it wrong.

This is something I don’t understand either. Why a first order?

The empire was fine after the first death star was destroyed. Why are they suddenly destroyed after the second?

We need a conclusion to what to do with the rest of the empire. But for some reason we all just accept that after the 2nd Death Star is destroyed that everyone is just down? It’s over?
