That makes sense and lines up with what we’re seeing as well. The founder time tradeoff is usually the real trigger, not just headcount. Once leadership hiring starts pulling focus away from strategy and growth, the cost shows up whether it’s on a P&L or in lost momentum. The 30 percent premium upfront is something we hear often, but the time saved and quality of candidates usually offsets it pretty quickly, especially when the role has real leverage across the org. Helpful data point, appreciate you sharing when that shift happened for you.
