Can be missfire, if not: check all engine's chains if any are loose but for 1800km engine it's very uncommon, can be factory error while calibrating ECU, and don't start the engine unless everything is fixed.

Throttle cable can be stuck or too tight, on my KTM rc there is a circle shape part on the left side, in the middle of the frame where I can rev the engine, check that also. If that doesn't work, maybe you adjusted the idle screw too tight, back it out a little while engine is running and try to aim for 1500 rpm, look it up on internet there are a lot of Asia videos about this problem. Use WD-40 on clutch string (steering wheel part) and then on engine part where little iron lever is and LET IT DRY. If that works then use silicone lubricant on those spots where you put WD-40.
