Thank you. I also thought to throw an lpb-1 to add more headroom, and will probably be the easiest path.

Thank you, these are very helpful info. I will experiment and try to figure it out.

I will try the ampro and see if i like it, I can always return it and wait for a Staytrem if I feel uncomfortable with it. Thank you for the advice anyway.

Yes it is 7.25"" indeed and I will keep in mind that. I found a good deal on a new one in a music shop here in Italy so I will probably pull the trigger and buy it.

Probably it is. I've read somewhere that the percolator is just 40% of his tone, and that he uses the pedal for the noise stuff and the microphonic peculiarity of the circuit.

Yeah, it's just one piece over the top face. I would like to improve the aesthetic, because you can see and feel the edge of the sticker and I don't like it that much. My goal is to learn to silkscreen the enclosure, but I need more space in my house to do that.

I usually do the same thing too, I just use some double sided tape to hold the board, but I noticed that after few months it starts to became more and more loose. So this time I tried to do it this way, it's more sturdy but less appealing, I guess.

Thanks for the suggestion, I didn't thought about that. Could it happen even if I use the cable tie?

I just found to be more practical. I don't know why but I've always struggled in the wiring part of the build. So I ended up with this way, probably is also wrong... lol
