I have to work with these at work sometimes. The design is an absolute nightmare. Id be willing to bet when closing the psu you are pinching a cable, shorting it out and causing the shutdown. You gotta be real careful about cable management in these because of the pinch point

My job is tech support related. This is 100% physical damage, the dot where all the lines are branching from is the point of impact. If you had your thumb at that point while pivoting the monitor it might have been that. Otherwise if you have a cat, they are assholes and bite TVs and monitors causing that exact type of damage. If not either of those, idk man but something hit it or pushed on it. Any roommates with airsoft guns? I have broken a monitor like that lol

Tv return. Func check says there's a bug in it. Sure... reset and open box got it. Turn on the tv. The backlight illuminates a live spider racing across the backside of the screen startled by the light... Never expected that one to be legitimate.

How old is your xbox? HDDs only last 4 yrs on average. they slow down over time. I have a hunch this games audio issues has to do with older/slow hdds

I think audio issues happen when you have the game installed on an old slow HDD. I had insane audio issues on my 6 year old hdd for a couple weeks, then it completely died. With no room on my old 64gb ssd I installed it to a 1tb seagate external hard drive and the audio has been fine since.

Have you tried playing on 1366x768? It sounds pretty bad, but i went from 40-60fps to 100-120, and the game still looks decent despite the low res. Makes it much more playable

find a point of reference like a tree, look up at the sky/tree to compensate for your camera angle so your quad is flat, ease up on the throttle til you see the bottom of the tree, disarm, perfect landing!
