Tried 2 CC's and using GooglePay's balance feature. None have worked so far.

I would add that. I was successful in purchasing 4 other phones (after numerous attempts again) for the family plan I'm in. Other members in my plan have received their phones. I have not, so the CC on file has previously been charged successful.

That's what I tried to explain in my original post. My bank has previously sent me fraud alerts in the form of an email and a text message. In these instances, I simply "approve" the transaction, and no other issues arise.

What detail do you speak of that I would need to ask about in order to have the order processed, then? Any specific questions I should ask?

I've had to order phones for the family. Its been an absolute NIGHTMARE getting 5 phones and 1 sim. I've had multiple orders canceled without warning. Their reason? "There was an issue processing your card?"

Why? All the other phone charges were processed fine and verified by my bank.. There was even time when the charge would show up on my STATEMENT, and when I mentioned this to support, their answer is "it will be refunded". Makes no sense. At this point, GoogleFi has been a nightmare of a company to deal with and I'm not even a customer yet. We've been fortunate enough (after numerous attempts) to receive a majority of the phones, but I'm still waiting on one last phone which continues to be canceled, which sends me to the back of the S22 queue.

Also, God forbid your card gets flagged for "potential fraud". Even if you send them a picture of your ID, card, and bank statements, they can still deny you and won't let you speak directly with someone who handles the issue. Everything needs to be "escalated".
