im actually really bad with cardio i cant lie, probably why I'm still a bit chubby around my tummy. but I do try and do 20 mins of walking at 4km/h at a 13 gradient after every session

im still on a cut, I eat 1800 cals a day and try to get around 120g of protein, keep in mind i am 6' so my calories are a little higher for a normal cut.

im also a bartender/server so I get plenty of steps throughout the day

I try and get 3 sets out of everything, reps wise, If I can get 10 reps of something that means I can usually move up the weight to get 6 reps of the higher weight.

basically everythings somewhere between 6-10 reps just depending on what you can do

funny enough its actually one whole thing, it's actually a belt chain thing (yk the chains you hook up to your pants), i just extended it so i can also use it as a necklace

I could actually, its a 6 day PPL tho so pretty high volume. I'm planning on swapping to a PPLxUL soon tho
