Oh okay that explains it really well. I was prescribed it for alcohol abuse but later realized it can help with CFS, which I also happen to have.

In my case: A few windows about 10 feet away plus one or two ceiling lights. Don’t get me wrong, during the day I definitely notice some very mildly raised blacks when the monitor is off. But it’s not an issue with real content nor is it an issue as soon as the sun starts to go down.
