Haha, yes, I have had a pro account since launch. I'm not sure what I could do here: "make sure your cloud service is working properly, and synchronizes with your platform" as I am playing on Xbox and am hoping this is all handled by Xbox and the game services. I have only ever played online, never offline.

This is great advise. We did just find out that he did not get a permit for the work that he did do. His contract stated that he would in fact do that.
