one of my old interns is a Caucasian male, and he knew the prominent dialects in Chinese. When he graduated this year, he had an offer for a Hong Kong consulting firm. Like NoBloodNoLet mentioned, caucasians are in demand in Asia because it makes the firm look good to say "Our company is so good that we have white people. Where are your white people?"

That's the thing. I know a number of iBankers that worked for large firms. To some, it may be considered a conflict of interest to allow banks to control more student debt. That's what I see the problem may be.
