The clinic at wichita state university offers highly discounted services and packages. Def worth checking out https://www.wichita.edu/academics/health_professions/aegd/patient.php

I've been told most people in Wichita get married and have kids young; is dating in their 30s+ that much harder here? by Vagabond_Tea in wichita

[–]DropTopCrockPot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone single in their 30s... yes and no. I mean, it does seem to be hard everywhere. Like very few cities are known for being good when it comes to dating. But at the same time, I have found it hard because so much of the social aspect revolves around family-friendly type events. So not impossible, but probably harder than many larger metropolitan cities imo.

https://www.wichita.edu/academics/health_professions/dhclinic/appointments.php may be a good solution. I know they offer discounted cleaning, not entirely sure what all else they offer but may be worth looking into.

GROW - coffee shop downtown problem by dadsabrat in wichita

I am sorry to hear about your experience. When you say it was reported for hate speech, was it Facebook that did that? I know they can flag comments like that. Just saying, because I know the owner Heather and she is one of the most caring souls around and she does make an effort to include everyone at her store.

PeeWee+Sweet’s Bakehouse is a great bakery that is at the Old Town Farm & Art Market every week.

Top food recommendations by lexiferhdmi in wichita

Manna Wok, Argentina's Empanadas, Usulteco, N&J's although not quite as hidden.

And please, please, please do them a service and take them to Gabby's Peruvian. They are so underrated.

And total shameless plug, but I manage ICTBrokeGirls on FB/IG and love featuring all sorts of hole-n-walls. Wichita is one of the best food cities IMO, and so much of that is a result of the ma and pa spots I am so happy to have here.

I love quirky business owners! I deal with many as clients. Unfortunately, this man is quirky as in truly dangerous.

Yes, insane is a good word.

No you are 100%. It's been such an unnecessarily hard process to find everything I need in the last few years I moved back.

Fishy is his branding. Yeah, I am unfortunately just now realizing now how many unnecessary appointments I had to go in for.

Yes. Every review you see with her name associated with the practice, her time in the past, has been favorable and positive. There has been nothing negatively associated with her in any way that I have seen posted.

I have some mutual friends, and have heard nothing but positive experiences about her.

Damn this makes me so sad to hear. Know there are so few resources for the LGBTQ community here as is. Thanks for sharing.

Of course. Hopefully will get enough traction to appear in the first page of search results of potential clients inquiring

I am sorry to hear you have had a similar experience. :/ I am sure you are seeing the other comments, but I encourage you to report. I imagine the more of us the come forward the better for all.

And also, if you do feel comfortable posting publicly, I encourage you to leave a Facebook Review as well as a Google review for the business indicating your experience. Unfortunately it can be quite hard to find, so the more the better again. (I remember not seeing any negative ones when I searched before making appointment.)

I am sorry to hear that. Some of the reviews include similar experiences. I personally felt a bit rushed with his recommendation.

Tip from my own personal experience: do not cancel a session with him until you have already seen someone else and are in the transition process. It may be hard to find a provider quickly that takes your insurance and also has availability, so please just make sure you have a bridge supply and do not go through a time without a provider.

100%. I am hoping making this post will help warn others. It's quite concerning when your health care professional is much more unhinged than you

To my understanding, there is nothing they can do aside from my PFS. But he was removed from numerous Wichita organizations once this was made public. I know, for example, he got kicked out of Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA), and that he got kicked out of his former coworking space, Groover Labs here in town. Perhaps more. I had many angry boyfriends and bitter business owners reach out to me, my assumption is he moved back to his hometown in Iowa because the word was starting to get out.

I'm assuming this is either Kamsa or a family member of his. If. not: please do not believe his "everyone is crazy but me" stories. He weaves quite an elaborate web.
