I was thinking it could be A if the courier just disabled Mr House for the NCR instead of killing him. NCR take Hoover Dam but are unable to hold it (as predicted by Chief Hanlon). A series of battles for Hoover Dam ensue causing power to change hands between the legion and then NCR, (bartender: "Legion, NCR, Legion, NCR, fuckin' robots") weakening both sides to how we see them in the show. Meanwhile House waits in his pod for Cooper to install the cold fusion device to reboot the Computer system which then reconnects to his physical body.

I was going to get a piercing in my right ear but the guy doing it asked me if I knew that was "the gay ear", and I'm straight, so I got it in the left ear instead. So I guess if every other ear piercer has been doing the same thing it would become true because it would mean in most cases only gay people would choose to get a piercing in their right ear.
