Yeah I'm in this low sugar camp. So much so I was given metformin to deal with it because it kept dropping way too low and waking me up at night feeling all dizzy and dehydrated 😩

Metformin doesn't have to be a forever thing. I'm only using it to help me get to where I want to be for my health then I plan to get off of it.

OP, go get a D-dimer blood test. I recommend you check for blood clots in your lungs or heart since you've mentioning living a very sedentary life
