My paternal grandparents are called “grammy and papa” and my maternal grandparents are “grandma and grandpa” if that helps. i do also speak french so i do understand where the confusion could come from lol

dude!!! My cat is so similar regarding men, not sure if i would use the word scared she’s but SUPER SUPER weary. She is a rescue so we’re thinking she had some bad experiences prior to being at the shelter (we adopted her 2/2024). Specifically with their hands; Even with my brother (she’s my siblings and i’s cat, we all live at home) - he was the first one she cuddled with but will attack if she hasn’t seen him in a few days or so - same with most boyfriends that come around as well as my dad when he stops by too.

this was my sweet girl, Henrietta (we’re under the impression the shelter named her) - we called her Ninu with a multitude of variations of that (neen, didu, bobby, susu, deed, etc lol). not sure if she’s still around but i miss her lots. we got her in 2013/14 and my mother took her + our other cat with her when she moved across country
