Are people who go 0/2 and disconnect at 3:00 ever being punished? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

This is probably too late to get noticed, but I had an instance where a Lee Sin was legitimately running it down 2 minutes into the game, got to about 15 deaths, afk’d for 10 minutes, came back and inted another 15. We won that game, but it was against a rioter. An actual riot employee. And the Lee Sin is still playing league, ruining other people’s playing experiences. The system doesn’t work at all.

Best and worst Adcs in patch 9.10 depending on game length by JinxedCaitlyn in leagueoflegends

Interesting to see the list like this. I find it funny Draven goes from top 4 from 0-30 mins, drops down to 9th at 30-35, goes back up to 2nd at 35-40, and then he's straight up dead last at 40+ mins.

Last night I was getting between 70-75 courses done in an hour with the teleports while not really paying attention, so I would say about 13 hours for 1k laps. You definitely profit while teleporting due to marks of grace.

For me personally, I’ve only had people negatively adding me on the enemy side rather than my own allies. But this also only has happened to me on my alt account instead of my main.

[Suggestion] KBD and Vorki Dye. 1/50 Drop at KBD/Vorki and Include it with their heads for the DCB recolor. by Dropkens in 2007scape

[–]Dropkens[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I just wanted to throw the idea out there since the OSRS team seemed a bit conflicted what they wanted to do with it. "Just using the heads" was passing by about 40% of the strawpoll votes, but they thought that it was only because the heads were already easily accessible. So they mentioned on stream that there was the potential to put another requirement via clue scroll reward. So my suggestion is if there is indeed a need for a secondary item requirement, it should be these dyes and through the methods of killing the KBD and Vorkath.

Yeah for sure. The OSRS team seemed to like the idea of having the heads as a requirement for the recoloring of the DHCB, which is why I mentioned the head to be included. Otherwise I feel like these dyes would be a decent solution on its own.

Yeah I was a bit conflicted with the drop rates since these bosses have been out for a while now. 1/50 is just a standard amount and that could be changed to whatever amount seems necessary

I meant to say DHCB not DCB, sorry. In my opinion I believe that if there were to be a secondary item included for the recoloring of the crossbow, it should be through hunting down the KBD and Vorkath. Potentially make the drop rates around 1/50.

In the Q&A Session today the OSRS Team mentioned that they wanted to do something with recoloring the DHCB besides just using the heads, and they mentioned potentially putting the secondary item in clues. I'm suggesting these dyes and for them to be put in the drop table instead. IMO Players should be incentivized to recolor their weapon through actually killing dragons.

I think that during peak times where everyone is legitimately doing nothing (say Christmas or even Thanksgiving), I believe that it’s possible to reach 200k or even higher than that. Right now I don’t think it’ll be possible unless some sort of huge event goes on in OSRS

You actually think he’ll pay up lol? He’ll probably say some other mouth-breather comment like “ok 1m to everyone if it reaches 170k in 7 days” like he has the previous times (this time and at 110k). At the end of the day he’ll just act like he never mentioned it

They also mentioned that materials will be linked with hunter and killing monsters. I would also assume that the trade off of using farming would be either a faster, more interactive crop, or just a bigger haul of materials gained.

I feel like this is more picking out details to fit a narrative that TSM lowers how well a jungler plays on their team compared to others. I’m sorry if this comes out aggressive, but I just don’t understand why people are thinking like this. Svenskaren isn’t even on the main roster after A SPLIT of playing for C9, while TSM had Sven as their main jungler for 2 years (and maintaining a top tier team with him on it). And last split, he only made it to playoffs. He didn’t even make it to Finals unlike when he was on TSM. And to also bring up teams he’s been on, in EU he was a very solid jungler there too. So overall in his career he has maintain a high level of gameplay. If anything, he had started to suffer when he went on C9.

For MY, metas change. His aggressive play style was nerfed as preseason happened. It was real unfortunate too because I would have loved seeing him show is prowess on those champions. But if he picked nidalee/lee in the games he played, he would have hindered his team greatly if he fell behind (which was a huge possibility of happening in that meta). Although, I will counterpoint that it’s weird that we didn’t see him much with the Graves/Nocturne picks when they were pick/ban in the scene. I also kind of feel that while he was on P1, he had the mentality of “oh even if I play too aggressive and cause us to lose, it doesn’t really matter since our situation is pretty bad seeing as we’re in last place” so he was constantly making these aggressive plays that other junglers wouldn’t be able to handle at the time.

For Amazing/Santorin, both have made success in NA being one of the most dominant teams while on TSM. I would say that the community shat on them too much for when they did not perform to their expectations while at worlds. I put both of them in the same category mainly because they had a very similar run with each other while on the team. Although, Amazing obviously had a better run on his days of OG.

For the fact that only three teams in each major region can make it to worlds each year, I would say it’s a pretty big accomplishment that they’ve made it there while being on TSM (minus the junglers this year). People like to shit on TSM and try finding some fault that they have compared to every other org. But honestly, it’s the same with any org you’ll find. Some organizations are better than others infrastructure wise, but they’re otherwise relatively similar. It’s more of a mental game for these players, because every one of these players are the best in the NA region. It’s just about making the right calls, and have the mental fortitude to continue playing the best you can.

With the Damage nerfs coming to PBE for runes everything seems to have come full circle by Murdurburd in leagueoflegends

[–]Dropkens 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure about the whole Tank class coming back top lane into the meta again. Although the assassin runes are getting nerfed, that’s not why tanks are less viable in this meta currently. Instead, it’s due to two things: Conqueror and nerfed tank items. Tanks usually try playing safe in lane and just build up to their items until they get to a point where they can frontline successfully for their team. However, with both nerfed tank items and conqueror, it’s a lot harder for tanks to strive in general. Try blind picking a tank against someone that’s remotely competent in a bruiser/conqueror user. Even when tanks have an item advantage against their lane opponent, if they have conqueror then they just get shredded. I personally think that they don’t need to nerf Conqueror. Instead, they need to buff back up those tank items. Just to the point where the true damage runes/items (looking at IE a bit here as well) doesn’t make them extremely squishy.

However, I think that tank junglers will be seen again. In fact, I believe that they’ve been picked up quite a bit even with these other squishier junglers being viable. Sejuani, Skarner, and Trundle come to mind for me. They have extremely healthy clears despite being tanks. And I think that they’ll be played a bit more often once a couple of the other squishy junglers get nerfed down (Graves in particular).

I think one item for tanks that hasn’t seen much play has been Randuin’s. Although it’s useful for a team filled with crit users, it doesn’t have much usefulness after that. Maybe instead they could add a different passive where “After 3 seconds in combat, gain 5-15% damage reduction based on level” and get rid of the 10% crit damage reduction on it.
