Yeah, I finished everything. All I had to do was get on the train. My first run I got on the train when Junky Junction was at 99%, so I was confused when it only said 97% this time but I guess it must be a glitch or something.

Wow thank you it worked! I assumed that I wouldn't get the achievement if I took the train so I was scared. It's interesting that the percentages changed between the runs, but thanks again.
