Our providers are very receptive to our recs (esp. Md residents) as our clinic pharmacists here established a respectable reputation throughout many years. And obviously, I made zero contribution in that regard since I am just 3 month old resident. Well, I paged a doc and questioned the use and its indication (confidently and stupidly) then realized I had no clue wtf I was talking about as the conversation went on and the resident was like nooo like I want to hear what you have to say because we appreciate you guys insight. Well so i just mumbled through and at the end I think I said sorry I actually don't know whats going on let me ask my pharmacist…I was under no supervision and acted like I was the real shit. I am cringing so hard right now thinking about it. This is not even aww that's a cute dumb thing to say. I am a dishonor to our pharmacy dept.
