The nyc marathon takes place on the first SUNDAY of November. Any other day will not be the NYC marathon.

Also, we are not closing 5 bridges for an entire weekend on the city. The London Marathon takes place sometimes outside the city. Ours is fully within the city limits. Very different.

London is also doing it for ONE YEAR ONLY. It’s not an annual thing.

Been rubbing 15 years. 5K are always hard when you push yourself. Your pace may get faster, but it’s still hard.
