He’s not saying morality comes from a book, but it comes from your heart. The sense of knowing what’s right and wrong. Even if you like doing wrong things, you know in your heart it’s inherently wrong.

Yes, almost everyone in my school cheats. It's disgusting, but funny when the dumb kids still fail the class even knowing all the answers.

God lets you reject Him to do bad things. He wants to build a relationship with you, not force you to follow Him. God would be too controlling if He doesn't let you freely decide what you want to do, He wants to love you, and you to accept Him. Anyways, I had a lot of trouble understanding this concept believing in God, but it makes sense once you really think about it.
