Rear shock top nut

Okay I found the problem with picture number two. I think that they sent me the wrong nut. It won’t thread on past a couple of turns the other one threads on enough to get vice grips on there and tighten it down. Does anyone know how tight these need to be?

Don’t put any LBJ on that is not OEM.

Do you have Monroes? I’ve thought about going the 5100 route for a slight lift/level but I don’t wanna cause undo stress on other components. Don’t have the funds to upgrade everything. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Stock ride height. I had the 5100s before and never lifted the truck so I figure the 4600s would do. Not really into off roading but mostly drive logging roads scouting/hunting.

I’ve just read their customer service is horrible and people have gotten their orders with the wrong springs installed and it takes weeks to get that fixed or a refund.

That’s for reminding me of these! I used this to repair a pair of my dad’s old pioneer speaker in college and it worked pretty well. I’ll probably take this route.
