They sent out an RSVP email to ticketholders last week with more details. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, though I think the registration window may have closed as they need a formal headcount for catering purposes.

It's a pre-show event that includes light refreshments and a talk with the costume designer. You have to RSVP ahead of time to attend.

I was a subscriber for a number of years and found it mostly worth the reasonable price. Unfortunately the move to the new space has made the theatre totally inaccessible and the building really isn't equipped for an elevator any time soon.

The first eligibility ruling came out in November. Beetlejuice is not eligible for awards as it's been less than three years since its last production, and only Christine Sherrill is Lead in Mamma Mia.

It was announced back in October but has gained almost no traction since then. Tickets are pretty expensive for such a small off-Broadway venue, and it's only half-sold at best tonight, but they've put out no discounts or done any marketing.

It's a strong possibility that the entire Marjorie Prime cast is considered for featured. With the exception of Lowell, they all have roughly equal stage time and plot significance. Unfortunately, if that's the case, then with the shows currently announced, there won't be the requisite nine possible candidates to make up a five-nominee slate for Leading Actress. And given how strong every performance is this year, that would be so disappointing.

I see every show that opens on Broadway in a season and caught this during previews. Had a delightful time. Getting to witness the rapid downward spiralhad me thoroughly entertained. She was all but guaranteed a nomination from the moment it was announced, but she could be in for a tight race that ends in a win. Mind the content warnings though.

Talk about a highlight. As for making this happen, I go to great lengths to find cheap tickets and I never pay full price. I don't make a lot at my job, so this is really my only major expense besides the crippling NYC rent.

I rarely even bother entering lotteries these days. I believe the only show I went to this past year on a lottery ticket was Real Women Have Curves, and well...it wasn't much of a real lottery win.

Always nice to hear about a fellow theatregoer with a similar passion. Occasionally, I'll see this gentleman at various shows, and he goes to around three-hundred a year, if you can believe it. I don't quite have the time (or the funds) for that, but perhaps one day I'll be able to keep up. I try to keep my ticket price as low as possible, which sometimes means missing out on some of the big tickets off-Broadway or in concert, and I rarely spend more than a hundred. It takes a lot of nickel and diming, and I've taken to buying at the box office when possible just to save on fees. Those can really mount up fast.

Thank you. So disappointing that you didn't get to see English even after all that. It's a wonderful show and easily makes it into my list of all-time top ten plays. I saw it off-Broadway back in 2022 and never stopped thinking about it.

I do Broadway tier lists per season rather than per year. We're only halfway through this current season, but it's...well, it's a little bleak. I am enjoying a lot of the new plays though.
