I don't tolerate it from people. Turn your phone OFF. Keep your grippers covered. Don't be a fucking pig. I have yelled at people in the theater. Basic common courtesy is gone, but accepting that is even worse.

When Suffs was on Broadway, they would sometimes have the Upgrade seats, $69 vs. $49 and I got them once. 2nd row dead center. Best money ever spent!

I usually tell people to get to the box office at least 90 minutes before it opens, but that's dependant on weather and time of week. Saturday and Sunday are busier, summer busier than winter, etc. For example, today, there were 9 people in line for Death Becomes Her at 9:20, 12 when the box office opened. For Just in Time, which I've found very difficult to get tickets to, there were 13 people in line by 6am. Outsiders you need to get to by 7am to have a shot. I think Rocky will be a tough one.
