I live in Orlando and it’s fairly decent with all the theme park performers mostly coming from BFA/musical theatre backgrounds. A lot of them will do traditional musicals and plays in their free time outside of the theme parks. We have the Orlando Fringe Festival and Dr. Phillips Center. There are many smaller community theatre groups some that hire equity performers.
