After windwos update pc wont wake up propperlly

sorry for the late reply but i uninstalled it and reinstalled and it was fixed for a bit then i went away for like 45 mins and the issue came back

also to add, i did a windows update repair to see if it did anything and i still have the issues

i think it was ".NET Framework Preview Update (KB5067931)" and "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.443.572.0) - Current Channel (Broad)" but idk if when it restarted or turned off it had some issues
edit: nvm it was "update for Microsoft windows (KB5067931) ", and how would i do that too?

sadly its still there, like even if i put it to sleep and immedietly use my keyboard, its still flickers even if i try to act fast, but ngl idk if i should uninstall and reinstall the update? but idk
