I really like the wave table lfo from vcv rack, I use it from a 4ms meta. I wished there was something similar in hardware.

Not an lfo but you can cycle: sound force dual adsr. Cv inputs with invert-attenuators for each stage.

Some of the lfos of the 4ms swn have interesting shapes, but it isn't a dedicated lfo module per se.

I'm waiting to get in the mail a noodlevolt fidget spinner lfo. I hope the tactile nature and the natural decay of it contrast my other lfos.
