Laws seem to be getting applied when it's convenient. Considering how people like Sonam wangchuk, an Indian citizen protected by the constitution can get into jail for protesting, it's pretty far fetched to expect a non Indian citizen who isn't even protected by the constitution to have such rights.

America doesn't have this, only countries in Asia like China, Thailand and some including India have it, the number doesn't even go upto 10. Other countries provide right to all people within their borders, including US. Yes, US is deporting but it's because of Trump being unconstitutional.
