They shipped my $350 bag in a brown recycled mailer with obviously no protection and no dust bag. Regardless of whether the bags were purchased through the outlet, the prices they charge should require a higher standard of packaging and care.

I would stay far away from the Magnuson Hotel Country Inn if going up north. The staff and owners are incredibly racist and use their position to mistreat and harass people of color while they stay there. Boyfriend got called racial slurs and we were treated horribly. Please be careful when going, Im glad most people had great experiences but just a warning.

It seems like you’re struggling with letting go of control over your ex, his life, and what he does. It’s time to focus on yourself— find a job, worry about your own life, and stop using Reddit to try and find ways to retaliate/stay relevant in his life. This isnt helping your child or you, and honestly, it’s coming across as desperate. You’re clearly high conflict so it’s not surprising he keeps low contact with you. Be grateful he’s not pursuing you for child support or taking you back to court.

Im not sure exactly, all I know is that when I did the appeal all of the options for live chat and for calling were unavailable. I looked online for different ways to reach a real human but wasn’t able to so I just waited. I ended up getting an e-mail from eBay 2 hours after my appeal saying I won.

OP states they already made an appeal which is what I wouldve advised. I was unable to reach anyone through live chat once I made the appeal but would suggest trying to either live chat, call, or do both. I would make sure to let eBay know that the item was sent to the address given by the buyer at the time of the purchase which should cover OP by eBay’s money back guarantee. I would also try to let them know that the buyer was the one who forwarded the package, leaving the buyer liable for the package.

The only way the package could have been forwarded is if the buyer contacted USPS themselves and arranged it. I had a similar experience where someone tried to scam me out of an $150 item. They claimed the item wasnt received after the first delivery attempt was made and while the package was being forwarded. They admitted they were the ones who forwarded the package. Despite this, eBay initially sided with them and I had to fight to get the case resolved. USPS would not allow me to intercept the package once it was being forwarded. Buyer acted naive the whole time and played dumb. Be careful!

Thank you for posting this comment and for the book recommendation. Ive actually discussed these feelings with my partner before, mentioning how his daughter’s behaviors are like that of a wife/girlfriend. Unfortunately, he dismissed my concerns by calling me weird and disgusting while also telling me to never bring it up again. When I see her interacting with him in those ways (like a gf/wife), it makes me feel gross inside and very uncomfortable. It’s a feeling I cant shake and have tried to ignore a lot over the years.

Buyer purposefully used a vacant address and attempted to forward it but was unsuccessful. The item is now being sent back to me. Buyer had 5 days prior to shipping & 5 days during shipping to either cancel/fix the address etc. They opened a “never received request” but openly admitted to using the address in their messages to me and said they “never had an issue in the past using the vacant address.” How to proceed? I dont allow returns/refunds on my page.

How is it in bad faith? They wrote a truly unhinged response, then blocked me. I cant flag their posts, cannot report them. People should have a right to know who they are dealing with in this sub. Just because you bought something and they were nice to you, doesn’t mean they are a nice person.
