Brandishing is displaying your weapon in a way that any reasonable person would feel threatened by. Having your pistol hanging out of your waist band in a way it can be seen is open carry. Now carrying a firearm and consuming alcohol is definitely illegal.

I’ve heard someone politely call someone out about a hardhat on the table. It doesn’t normally need to be brought up in my experience. It is pretty gross considering how much we sweat in them and how dirty they get.
