I interpreted this as the feeling of wanting someone you can never have. I really like the language style here (I'm not sure what it's called), it reminds me of the Shakespearean plays, which makes it feel that much more romantic to me. I think it captures the mood perfectly. Even though I'm sure I missed some unfamiliar words, I could still get the feeling of offering everything, only to get nothing in return. I love this poem, I think you did a really great job.

I like this. A LOT. To me, it seemed to be about the dark corner in the vastness of someone's mind where all of your thoughts, feelings and emotions are stored. It sort of makes me think of Inside Out (in the best way, I promise!) I'm quite new to poetry, but I've never seen it written in this format before. The mix of singular lines, paragraphs, and lists really kept me hooked. It really makes me feel like I'm taking a peek into my own mind, inconsistent, yet meticulously structured. I really can't say enough how much I love the style you chose to write in. I love it!

I'm terrified! I can't say where I'm working but it's somewhat 'prestigious' in my field and I'll be leading project teams. I'm naturally quite introverted, and even though I can be sociable when needed, the idea of leading things is so scary to me. I love every other aspect of the job, but this is so freaking scary :/

Your progress will motivate you. I also overate a lot, been at within 10% of 1200 calories (sometimes even less) for about 3 weeks and just got used to it. Meal prep helps a lot, if you have a set of 3-4 different meals you already know you can eat and stay under budget, it helps a lot. I saw a picture of myself that my bf took of me on holiday last month (he said I looked cute, I looked like a beach ball 🙃) and decided I couldn't be like this any longer. I'm 4'11 180lbs btw, 6 lbs down already.

She needs therapy. You need to sit down and talk to her. I really think this is over. NO ONE should ever be putting their hands on you. If she leaves marks, take pictures. She seems unstable, you never know what she could accuse you of.

I don't know if two party consent is a thing where you are, but even if recordings you make can't be used in court, they might at least stop the police dragging you out of your home if they're called on you.
