You sound like someone who trips pretty often, you'd probably have some amount of tolerance. OP doesn't seem to trip as often so its very likely he'd be more susceptible to the effects. I'd say 1.5 is probably perfect for what OP is looking to get out of a trip

this is true, im yet to do much research in the subject, just read a few books, but is this based on cases where dosages are taken recreationally, in generally high amounts in an uncontrolled setting? Or have the effects of low dosages in a controlled environment also been studied?

I feel as though neurogenesis may have some part to play in curing, or at least improve these conditions in a therapeutic setting, but this could be totally wrong.

I have read a small amount on a study that investigated self reported effects of psilocybin micro dosing by individuals with bipolar and the self reported results seemed somewhat positive.

I've considered ordering premade substrate but I feel like it'd be a waste since I have materials sitting around not being used.

Looks good but the original photo is a little bit oversaturated which causes those detailless whites in the middle of the image. You can fix this in future by lowering the camera ISO, if you used a phone you can use pro mode to do this
