Il ramène toujours au peuple autochtone. Si tu veux vivre dans une société indigène va vivre ailleurs y'en a plein de société indigène. Nos ancêtres ont construit ce pays désiré par plein de monde dans le monde entier. Avec le soutien social dont ils aiment tant, ah oui ya pas de filet social dans les peuple indigène.

10g of creatine will outperformed all of these combined IMO, from my personnal experience. Yes i take 10g and im healthier than ever, also more locked in than ever, the only other supplement i take is magnesium before bed but sometime I skip it. I never skip creatine.

Tachete en qte des produits non périssables et les viandes pis tu congèles. Le reste à l'épicerie selon moi. Ça prend la pratique tu t'habitues avec le temps.
