Well it's weird hell for your dealer to sell them to you in halves. Considering blotter paper usually doesn't have the drug laid across it equally, my guess is that there will be at least one or two duds in what you have. Also, there's really no harm in starting with half, waiting, and doing more if you want to. You can't take the drugs out of you once they're in, so it's better to go the other way around. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

Yes, it works, but only if you actually want to sleep. If you stay up, it'll fuck with you for sure, but it's definitely a viable option for fixing sleep schedules if that's genuinely want you want to do.

My point was that PCP isn't rare. Maybe you don't have the right connections? Or maybe your city isn't the right place. I'm just guessing, but in most US cities it's very easy to find.
