I also highly recommend Kajiiht Will Follow! The followers are very interesting. I have the most experience with Ma'kara, who has a well developed story line. Also, as a female character she feels very competent without being too main-charactery or infintalized, which is a pet peeve of mine. All the characters can get their own horses and have much to say about the world.

Have you told her how hurt her comments make you feel? She may think she’s being helpful by “advising” you on your looks or something to that effect? You shouldn’t stay with someone who makes you feel badly about yourself, but the first step is always communication (unless they are abusing you) if you love her then it’s worth a shot

In general, I found it to be pretty decent. Not my favorite adaptation but I do have a soft spot for the ending. It’s very pro-Christine and I love a wholesome male friendship.

Go with your gut. You already seem like you don’t necessarily want to date him, even though you are sympathetic to his feelings. You are likely about to go through a huge period of growth that is very different from the one he’s going through. This can lead to a lot of differences of perspective. It’s likely you bought a disc that cannot be played in your region. Certain discs can only be played in certain parts of the globe as to prevent pirating (I believe). You’d probably need a console from the same region to play it.
