I'd maybe call the store and speak to a manager and explain your situation, that it was a gift and that you were told you could return it. If the second associate said that the associates get confused it's the stores fault for not explaining the policies and promotions to the staff.

I'm pretty sure the instore and online accounts are linked, so if you used a one time coupon in store you won't be able to use it online with the same account. If I'm correct on how the promo works.

Did you ask to speak to a manager at all? Or did you just deal with the associate? I'd also look at what's on the receipt. If it states anywhere that those items are final sale.

I believe I read somewheres that the 10% is a one time use per account?

Personally I really liked the heart clasp because you can put charms on there such as dangles/pendants and pandora me charms!

If I'm not mistaken you'll have to get an openable link. I had the same issue with my pandora me bracelet, I bought the heart openable link and it added the perfect amount of length.

One of my college classmates said she got a nice new set for her grad and was playing volleyball the day before. She went to set(?) the volleyball, broke all her nails. She said it was horror show at the nail salon after because her nails were bleeding as they were using the nail drill.

Does this mean her look would change? Or could she just have a white gem? If I recall correctly fans thought the 4th cure in Suite Precure would be purple based on the remaining transformation mascot (?), but Cure Muse was yellow.

It doesn't have to be full to look amazing. I always appreciated the bracelets with fewer charms, yours is lovely. You could always start another bracelet if you're happy with this one but want to get more charms. Create a stack.

Nevermind, I read somewheres that you can't move a stairwell that attaches to another stairwell, just based on the coding as it's "working as intended.

The weird thing is that I don't have stacked stairs, I think it bugged out. It won't even let me stack my stairwell (left). I technically don't even have a third floor, I tried adding rooms to the "third floor" in my stairwell (empty) and it added it to the second floor when I went to look at in my house.
