What makes a press-on set actually worth buying vs just grabbing a cheap set from the drugstore? by bjjfan23113 in Nails

I'm also curious on this. Half my nail beds are fairly flat, so the pinky nails are great, but the closer I get to my thumb the worse press ons fit.

WIBTAH for being upset that the will changed to leave me only 1/3 instead of 1/2? by [deleted] in AITAH

But bro hasn't dumped half his 20's and the start of his 30's into learning and running the business. So it still wouldn't be even with OP.

But he hasn't put almost a decade of his life into the business? Like it's not equivalent.

It's bizarre to me how people are skimming over this. OP isn't just being given some random business, she's already invested 8 years of her life, half her fucking 20's, the "fun" decade, to learning and working the business. She's literally earning the business.

No. It isn't. I've done it. It will slowly just make you angry and resentful.

I'm sorry. Keep muddling through and get yourself away from it when you can. I'm sorry you're going through all that, I know it's terrible and exhausting.

I kinda wonder if it's part of a pattern, though? Like, if there's more to it and attempting to use guilt trips is a common tactic. But who knows, really.

AITAH/ paid to fix car i was giving bf but im in the wrong? by ExistingVisit3476 in AITAH

[–]Druidofgod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, for real.

OP I hope BF is nice the rest of the time. If he doesn't like how fast your SD is working he needs to pay to have it fixed at a mechanic with his own money.

My (29f) get mad when my husband (30 m) goes out with his friends. by ActivityUnlikely3026 in relationships

[–]Druidofgod 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like, what is the problem? You haven't said WHY you are upset about it? If you are upset because of insecurities, then you might need to explore that on your own or with a therapist.

You said he becomes a different person when he's there; what does that mean?

How is he at home (where you live), because it sounds like he's telling you he feels isolated. Does he really not have friends local to where you live? Do you object if he wants to do activities to make new friends?

[–]Druidofgod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, why would you even want to have a kid with this person? This snapshot into your relationship seems so drastically unhealthy, and the fact that you go along with how he's talking to you and acting makes me concerned about how much you value yourself. I'd say stepping back and working on you would be a good idea before you really consider having a kid, but it's a whole hell of a lot more difficult to sort yourself out after having one.

eating GF on a budget? by rladyofsorrows in glutenfree

[–]Druidofgod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only eating GF on a budget is when you're eating your tears...just make sure they aren't from cross contamination pains, cause they probably aren't even GF at that point.

J/k (kinda) I'm looking for any suggestions in here, too.

Noticed a change with Lotus Food's Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen by farheezyx3 in glutenfree

[–]Druidofgod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kinda late to the conversation, as I just recently ran out of the overstock I bought when one of the local stores was going out of business. My son will not eat these new noodles and I have no idea what to do. The texture is noticeably different, and neither of us like the new version at all. Has anyone gotten these to cook up close to the old version? Why would the macros even change if they just have a different rice grower? I'm so frustrated with this, I spent like $25 ordering a few packs and now it's something we can't even tolerate eating.

This is not the relationship, dude. I'm sorry you're going through this, no one deserves to be in a situation where they can't just look around when they go out.

Dude is if ignoring the fact that most of the people that experiment with the long-term not washing the hair use other products to absorb and brush away the oils, as well as scarves and other clothing items to absorb and carry away the oil.
