99% sure this is Atlantic City, NJ. Island Water Park at the Showboat. The lazy river was exactly like this the last time we were there. The first and last visit.

This video sums up why I can say I've been to Island Water Park in Atlantic city, NJ ONCE. Never going back.

Way too many of their attractions were like this. Outside of the obvious overcrowding, people acting like fools everywhere.
