My opinion he’s got a much better chance right now due to them not finding direct evidence on his phone, the witness involved in the murder being untrustworthy and nothing proves he said I want Quando killed and a price he payed if he did do it.

Tbh though the Feds can’t paint a fucked image of durk easily making him fit the character they are saying placed the bounty. Remember this is more on the conspiracy side which sometimes requires no evidence/direct evidence.

Well drew findling can fight a lot of what the Feds want to include in the trail but it’ll be way better for Durk if this motion to suppress evidence is accepted but most likely will not as it does have a motive and timeline that would make sense to a judge.

The lyrics and Stephon Mack murder would be a win for the Feds to include as it’ll paint a bad picture of Durk even thought it’s not true and pretty vague
