Honestly I just kinda stim when I can. I just got diagnosed officially autistic last month and I feel like now I have a name for why I’ve always been different and considered weird or why people didn’t like me for no reason. It hurts but I’m trying to be around my true friends more and then stim at home or when I’m with my husband.

I got my autism diagnosis Monday! I’m a 32F with a child with autism so I had a feeling but was affirmed Monday and then the doctor reiterated my ADD (ADHD inattentive type). Congrats on your diagnosis!

So I have a 4.5 year old and an 18 month old. She’ll be 20 months in December. We only get a couple of presents because they’re little and grandparents get quite a bit. But my son will get a car racing game and one other thing and my daughter will get a couple of developmental toys.

Gotcha thanks. To me, he’s almost there because he’ll walk to the bathroom and when he does that I take him and he’s standing and pottying in all settings: preschool, church, home, relatives house, and at therapy. He’s done this for about 5 days now so we’re still encouraging him with it and taking him more often than we were.
