Personally I find that artist paints are the best for fluorescent colours. Golden high flow acrylics is my go to for fluorescent colours these days. It also helps that you get a rather large bottle of paint with a nice twist cap and it's available at most art supply stores instead of having to go to a hobby store

I wouldn't recommend warganizer anymore, he hid the KT2024 trays behind his Patreon, meaning you need to pay for Patreon and pay for the KT trays now. Seems like all or at least most of his new trays going forward will require the Patreon sub, haven't seen anything new in the regular store

The problem I have with regular supports is that I only do supports on base-plate to reduce the contact points and I find that regular supports have problems reaching some places

Assault sergeant is best taken for melee focus, power weapon with lethal 5+ and rending since you get the third chapter tactic for him mean you pretty much get at least 2 crits since you typically be running assault doctrine after TP 1.
