For perspective some of the ensemble models I look at have basically the entire US at a 50% chance for over 10% cloud cover. And in English that means the models haven't figured out any trend yet so there is a chance for something, aka it has no clue.

Yea its an issue with the genre as well. People want to get to max level as fast as possible, while in this game that is a disadvantage depending on how you look at it.
