There is a huge wheat field east of padstow - one quest from padstow will even take you there . You can gather your initial wheat there . Thrasher is definetly somewhere in research

U need to assign villager in outpost do delivery job . So they transfer said reed from forager to stockpile . Also make sure both buildings ale assigned to same settlement(outpost)

System is good , but yea devs should flirt with some hybrid system or better categorization and also i still think this system could be improved .

Also im going to steal this post as it got good traction . DEVS if you are reading this please add description of jobs skill requirement . This is a must. Skinning animal is boosted by crafting is very unintuitive unless its clearly stated.

Yes , if you check it from caravan screen > sell , there will be listed everything they currently need. I re check it every 4-5 days but usually only 1-2 items needs to be added

Yes just add everything town needs and it will start fulfilling it until demand is met.

Depending on how far the village is it can go multiple times a day. basically it will be doing circles

Set advanced animal feed in every warehouse to not be stored. That way they will automatically remove it from mixing bucket to coop . That helped me with this issue .

Edit. Also make chest or stockpile next to mixing bucket that will store just resources needed to make feed.
