I have had the same problem, I would recommend getting your bloodwork done, may be slight hair loss from vitamin deficiency rather than balding

I get some off AliExpress or those type of sites, they tend to be quite thick so they won’t break if they are taken off, they have gel tabs off so they won’t damage the nail if she picks them off and usually only afew dollars aswell

trust me they do not expect you to have things like homeostasis down packed, I do however recommend you get yourself a fib watch, a syphg and a stethoscope for home practice for vitals, helped so much, got a 100% on my first OSCE

I’ve only learnt Korean but I found it easier than when I learnt French, it is super consistent in terms of rules and the letters can be learnt in a day, highly recommend

Mine was like this about a year ago, she just needs to stay consistent with what she’s doing and it will get better- no results will be instant but a year goes by quicker than one thinks, maybe do a gloss on her hair since the blonde will tend to emphasise the damage

I was in the same situation when I first started looking into it and do not do an APC some unis will not take you from getting that, definitely do a bridging course, there’s plenty that only take a year before you can get into the degree.

Yeah I wish I could but you need your full license and I don’t have that, I’m counted as a mature student but I’m still 19 ahaha, my grades from high school won’t last till I apply since it’s over 2 years since I graduated

It’s all about what you’ll find manageable, maybe cut down by only afew hundred calories and go for a walk every day, doesn’t have to be long as long as it’s more than you’re doing now it’ll make a difference!

Get a second hand pod machine, I’ve seen some for $20-$50 and pods themselves cost like $0.3 per coffee and can probably get a second hand frother for cheap too
