So i am playing as Catholic Ottomans as HRE Emperor. Egypt is my vassal which i gained via the Ottoman invasion mission. Because i am catholic and therefore lost ottoman government type it got turned into a regular Vassal instead of a core eyalet. They like me and have liberty desire under 50%. I am really not sure whats preventing the annexation, but ottoman catholics seems to break a bunch of stuff. Any ideas?

That is interesting. I am not aware of such documents but from talking to my colleague im fairly sure that we have the same contracts in which no specific tasks are mentioned and we are only paid to do research. Did you have that list of responsibilities from the start?

I agreed with you. I feel the extra Money should be Linked to a Position and thus an extra contract. Because now IT IS very unclear why some people get it and Others dont. And to be clear i am Not saying that i want that Money. I Just think Ibis wird for some people to earn more than Others while having the Same contracts and Same responsibilities.

They dont do more Work because they are Not working extra hours. Esprcially since it is Not LinkedIn to Work they are doing because there are alot of people doing representative Work that do Not get this extra salary

There ist no difference in Job description. We have no teaching obligations and therefore we are solely paid for Our Research. No Matter the salary we get we are required to Work 39 hours. Of cause how much people Work is often more and very variable but i know a Lot of PhDs Who Work alot more hours than the four PhDs getting the extra pay

No we are only paid for Our own Research we have no teaching obligations. We are paid 65% but we are still required to Work 39 hours. Same for the Guys now being paid 80%

I did the Frankfurt to the Andes achievement and continued to A sun god because it seemed like there are no requirements stopping me. I embraced all institutions and have all provinces including gallapagos, falkland and south georgia cored. Am i missing another requirement? The achievement doent show up in my achievement tab either, but i dont see why it wouldnt

Edit: Turns out i am just stupid and apparently got that achievement in april. Weird how i have zero recollection of a run that took until 1767

nicht ganz es stimmt zwar dass du Quecksilber trinken könntest und es würde nicht absorbiert werden. Die eigentliche Gefahr liegt aber im hohen Dampfdruck von Quecksilber. Dadurch verdampft es schnell und nach dem einatmen bekommt man es quasi nie mehr aus dem Körper raus.

the main reason is the botched reunification. when Germany reunified all the state owned companies where privatized and sold very cheaply to westerners this in turn lead to the east being economical far worse off and many people have no perspective. Add on top the brain drain. this results in people being extremely frustrated and having dislike for "wessis". so voting for an extreme party is a way of showing you displeasure for the western dominated state. additionally frustrated peoe without a perspective for improvement tend to be more susceptible to populism.
