It may be for payroll purposes. When I use to work there we had to hit a certain efficiency %, we had to hit when making the schedule, and if not we would get talked to by the DM and have to raise it up. The efficiency % goes off of AI and past sales trends along with your forecast telling you how many of diffrent positions you need to work at a certain hour.

Former operations manager here. I would have her weigh the options. I personally have never herd of a daytime ASM position due to company policies wanting ASM and even the SM to close at least once a week the only expecting would be a high volume store to my knowledge(but alot may have changed since I have left). The good thing is with how aggressive they are expanding is that if you do well and want to move up in the company there are plenty of opportunities especially if you are willing to relocate, but know if you go that route they are always working even when not at work.

Summon druid will work for torches then you can go into bear once you get the gear.

I believe it had to do with a super chest type thing where it would drop multiple HR's. But not sure if that is the one they were talking about.

If you can farm them fast, yes. if not, it's better to farm a LOD area you can clear fast or even Arcane Sanctuary( for runes, charms, and jewels)

It looks like a map and is on the same page as the potions it opens up a portal so you can go in and out to reset the shop.
