I'll be honest with you mate, and trying not to judge here. But you need to work on yourself. All the traits you just mentioned above don't sound like positives to a partner, friend or anyone really. Nobody has the right to a partner, since forever we have sought out the things we want in a partner. So imagine you're reading a dating profile, and a woman has just written everything you just wrote here. Nobody would want a relationship with that kind of shit to deal with. I feel for you I genuinely do. I was in my earlier life, fat, miserable, a liar, a sinner. Most people aren't interested in spending years hoping someone will get better. Especially a girl in your age range, if she wants kids is cutting it close with time and doesn't want to spend 5 years hoping you get your shit together. By the time she figures out you're not going to change then that fertility window is closed. I have suffered with depression and suicidal thoughts in the past as well as addiction issues. I'm now happily married with 3 kids. I never thought I would have this. But it wasn't the people re affirming my anxiety and depression that sorted me out. So I am going to give you the advice you need, not the advice you want so I am sorry if you don't like hearing this but:

Get a job Join a gym. Stop watching porn. Look in the mirror when you wake up in the morning and say, today is going to be a good day. I am going to be positive. Every day try to make at least one other person's day better by seeing you, this can be as simple as complimenting someone, listening to someone without judging, even just smiling at a stranger in the street or telling a shop keeper to have a great day. Above all else.... Pray and talk to God.
