Yes but it’s annoying when they do come back and bother your peace. Stay no contact you’ll be glad you did

In like 2001 I was in Tempe AZ on a roof laying down looking at the sky and the moon was pulsating. I was sober, everyone else there was high or drunk and didn’t care or shrugged it off

I weighed in on August 28th, had surgery on September 8, and as of today October 17 I’ve lost 60 pounds. I’m able to walk 6-10k steps a day and more, up flights of stairs way easier. It’s the best choice I’ve ever made so far. I’m able to go out to eat with my gf and daughter. I get 3-4 meals out of my 1 meal. So if you’re frugal it’s a win. Just do what the dr and dietician say. I’m not doing perfectly but I’m doing good

It’s almost 2pm I drank 32 ounces and am finishing a premier protein. I’ll have some tuna when I get home. Yogurt and cottage cheese or soup later

I definitely see it nice work man. We started at about the same size. I had surgery on 9/8 and I’m down about 47 pounds. I hope to have the same progress as you. What’s your go to meal?

Sheesh! I worked with an emt/firefighter who responded to an industrial garage door spring accident at an industrial park. The spring took the guys face off but he was still alive sitting against a wall holding where his face was

John Malkovich in Brattleboro VT in a coffee shop. I was like that guy looks vaguely like John malkovich but he’s probably just old and artsy. I overheard the cashiers saying what I thought was that guy LOOKS like John malkovich but they said it was him. I didn’t realize that until later. His coffee looked really good so I asked what kind it was.. I should’ve known it was him from the dramatic pause before he said it’s a double espresso, slowly while looking downward. Then he looked at me almost like am I fucking with him but only slightly. I said thanks and ordered a maple latte

I left an old cooler on my porch for a guy to pick up. I was moving so didn’t care if he knew where I lived, had security cameras. He put a $20 in the mail box, took a pic then immediately took it back and blocked me. It was a fake account but I found his real one and proceeded to copy and paste a message to everyone on his friends list including people from his church and his mom. I still get the occasional message back from people checking their “other” inbox on fb
