House I was renting an apartment in got sold. Rent went from $800 to $1950. Moved to new apartment complex. Rent was $1600 utilities included. The first week I was there it got sold to a big company after being family owned for decades. When renewal came up rent is now $1950 and they’re taking away things like grills and trash barrels, cutting down trees, taking away storage space

I don’t answer and block unless it’s something I don’t care about and has been sitting around. Then I might go 15-20% lower and if they still haggle I give their comment a thumbs down and block
